Seen & Unseen- Aging with Dignity
Using photography as my a tool for social research, I document visibility, how we are seen and how we are unseen. My work is rooted in the belief that dignity and human development depend on access to economic, social, and cultural rights including and especially education, healthcare, work and the freedom to participate in culture. While my main focus is on identity, community care, dignity, and intergenerational dialogue, I am documenting how ageism is both seen and unseen.
